The Nurture YourSELF Empowerment Series is a guided reset designed to refresh and renew your mind, body, and heart. This mini-course was designed by 8 powerful women specializing in a diverse range of health fields, but who are all here with the same intention–to empower you with the knowledge and confidence needed to blaze your own path in this world.
They do this by teaching you important self care skills including healthy ways to process stress, how to deeply love your body, how to listen to your intuition, and so much more. You are provided one short video per day that will teach you at-home practices to help you cultivate a life filled with ease.
You will leave this program with a handful of enriching practices that will teach you to embrace your true self in a mindful and compassionate way. This series will bring you back to yourself. It will rekindle the fire behind your purpose and will empower you to dismantle that which keeps you from it.

Yoga Nidra: Technique To Counter Stress
Days 1-3
Knowledge is emPOWERment. Understanding how the body responds to stress, and how it affects us physiologically, is a great first step toward healing. In this series, you'll learn about the human stress response, the WHY behind using Yoga Nidra to counter stress, and then you'll receive a nurturing 25 minute Yoga Nidra practice. This is a super accessible first step on the journey to Nurture YourSELF.
Living Empowered
Days 4-6
The intention behind the Living Empowered mini-series is to help you wake up to the truth about your health. It's about recognizing that we have more control over how we age and our quality of life than we think we do. Emily will lay the foundation of WHY we need to start taking radical responsibility for our own health, and then she'll teach you how to take the first few baby steps on that journey.
Love Your Body
Days 7-9
Learn how to approach your weight loss goal in a way that finally breaks you free of the yo-yo diet cycle. At the end of this series you will feel confident and clear about how to accomplish your goal, optimistic knowing how you can overcome limiting factors, and empowered with your newly formulated plan that will bring ease and enjoyment to the lifestyle you’re adopting.
EFT Tapping
To Relieve Pain and Anxiety
Days 10-12
EFT tapping combines acupressure with mindfulness to process difficult emotions and physical sensations such as anxiety and stress. Andrea’s EFT tapping series is designed to introduce you to the basic technique, but will then expand upon that foundation with a few specific applications and tricks. Each video builds on the previous video’s techniques.
An Introduction
To The 5 Elements
Days 13-15
Glimpse into the world of the 5 Elements and begin to identify areas where you’re out of balance. This understanding can help you get to the root of what’s causing your discomfort, suffering, and the health issues in your body, mind, and spirit. This series will teach you simple practices that will help you feel more harmonious and peaceful, more at ease and much less stressed.
Intuition: A Practice In
Knowing The SELF
Days 16-18
In this 3-part Intuition Series, Brooke will teach you how to use simple tools like the breath and meditation to tune into your intuition. When you listen to your Higher Self, life will present less resistance, and your true path will become more clear.
Yin Yoga for Stress Resilience
Days 19-21
Using long, gentle holds at the edge of sensation, yin takes your yoga practice deeper by moving past stretching the muscles of your body and into stretching the tendons, ligaments and fascia instead. By finding stillness at the edge of our physical comfort zone in a yin pose, notice how stillness of breath naturally follows and ultimately, so will stillness of the mind. Through yin, we train our body, mind and spirit that it is powerful enough to be resilient in times of discomfort and stress.
Release YourSELF From Suffering
Days 22-24
When you choose the path of self discovery, you begin a life-long journey of remembering who you are and why you are here. It will be challenging at times, and yes it does require a commitment to Self, but how else will you change the habits, beliefs, and ways of living that no longer make you happy? That no longer bring you joy? Learn from women who have walked this challenging path and have found their way through it. Together we are more powerful. Together we create change.
